I do find it interesting how not very long ago women were expected to just get over their losses. I cannot imagine how many suffered in silence, because it was not socially acceptable to mourn. It must have been so heartbreaking to be so alone in your grief. The same holds true for those suffering from (in a whisper)"cancer" as if it were too terrible to speak of in public. It is just MHO, but I really give credit to the women who put on their pink shirts and began marching. They gave us all the ability to stand up and yell on the top of our lungs that this just sucks!
I am also so thankful to the brave women who started this site. It is the one of the few places to go for those who have suffered this loss. I cannot imagine the abuse they took in the early days of development.
We are glad that you found us.
