your welcome Boo!
The republicans are making the issue of choice a "minor" issue. It disgusts me. Do I live in a free country? I'm afraid to look at my 401k. God forbid a McCain/Palin (probable) presidency. Seriously, this whole thing makes me sick. Hugs as always! You are my sisters which is the highest compliment I can give anyone considering my blood sisters are my ROCK! PJ |

Wow - this from a "Straight white guy" - the only thing that bothers me about his article is that he specifies that it is "White Women"
who flock to Palin. It may be the majority of women that are "Flocking" to her are white, but personally I don't think that color/race should be
mentioned.
Women of ALL color/race should be insulted at her brand of "women's rights!" her ideas will push women's rights back 200 years! But he does have it right on: Truly, among women in the know and especially among those who fought so hard to bring Hillary Clinton to the brink of history, nausea and a general recoiling appear to be the universal reactions to Palin's sudden presence on the national stage, stemming straight from the idea that there's even a slight chance in hell such an antagonistic, anti-female politico could be within a 72-year-old heartbeat of becoming the most powerful and iconic woman of all time. This is what scare the pants off of me! Don't people realize that having her a heartbeat away from the oval office means we are that close to reverting back to no women's rights? We all need to stand up and say Thanks for posting this PJ!

Great piece.
As a white woman, I know NO "peers" of mine to have flocked to her. We're all mortified over here, too. |

Anyone who wears clip-on hair in the daytime should be banned from public office. Period.

Yeah...I'm almost positive (only because I have a few "hair-weasels" myself that I've worn for up-do's, etc.--they're always a
slightly different shade than your real hair & the texture is different). But I try not to sport them during the day...
